Sims Reed Gallery currently features a spotlight on the prints and works on paper of British contemporary artist Derek Boshier, spanning from 1962 to 2014. Springing from the British Pop Art movement of the 1960s, alongside peers David Hockney and Sir Peter Blake, Boshier has maintained a consistency of vision across a diverse set of disciplines characterised by his engagement with politics and popular culture, notably with David Bowie and The Clash. For the first time, Boshier’s works on paper are brought together and celebrate his enduring passion for printmaking.
